After 15 years of outdoor Shakespeare productions we feel we're ready to tackle this masterpiece and to bring it indoors.   We've learned that maximising the accessibility of Shakespeare's plays is key to introducing them successfully to an audience, many of whom may not be familiar his work, indeed, some of whom may be a little intimidated by it!  However, Hamlet is not the most famous play ever written for no reason and we are determined to bring you all of its passion, humour and horror in this production.

 

We're going to try to keep performances to no more than two and a quarter hours though the production will be complete with ghost, sword fights, poisonings, drownings, madness and of course, all those famous soliloquys. 

 

This above all: to thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.
